RAs play a vital part in supporting the safety, wellbeing, development, and success of undergraduate residents, while helping to uphold the values and traditions of College House, New Zealand’s oldest university hall of residence. 

You will also:

• Provide leadership and day-to-day guidance across College House life.

• Be part of an on-duty roster to ensure student safety, wellbeing, and community standards.

• Act as a key support figure and liaison between students and College House management.

• Contribute to events, initiatives, and a positive living-learning environment.
