College House has outstanding facilities. The main administration block contains a spacious, traditional Dining Hall, a formal lounge and a large Common Room with newspapers and board games. There is a Study Centre used for tutorials as well as social events, a Library, a Chapel and music practice rooms. The College owns several pianos (including a grand) and a drum kit.
Other facilities include a squash court, tennis court, television rooms (with DVD, videos and Sky), a pool room with full size billiard table and a games room complete with table tennis table. There is also a student-run canteen, a modern computer room and a purpose-built party room. The laundry contains washing machines, dryers and irons, all of which are free of charge.
Car parking and bicycle sheds are available for residents. The property is fully enclosed by gates, fences and streams, providing a relatively high level of security. All gates are locked from 11pm to 7.30am and students are issued with gate keys for access out of hours. The outside door to each floor can only be unlocked by the room keys for that floor.
