College House is known for the quality of its academic assistance. Resident tutors and senior students take tutorials in first-year subjects and provide one-on-one assistance for students adjusting to university. College House students regularly obtain top academic awards and prestigious national scholarships.

Scholarships totalling $40,000 are awarded by College House each year.

A modern computer room has a number of computers which are connected to the University system and can run all the software available at the University. In addition, each student room has an outlet which provides access to the University networks. Students have easy access to email and internet facilities.
